I’m Gill, chef, artist, and MasterChef Australia Top 10 contestant. Brought up in a loud, loving, Vietnamese–Italian household, where the table was always full and the kitchen was the sort of energetic chaos you wanted to be a part of. Based in Wollongong, south of Sydney, you’ll find me running pop-ups, hosting private feasts, and teaching cooking classes or demonstrations. I love bringing people together the best way I know how, over generous, tasty food, made with a whole lot of heart and plated to share.
